Body of Iron #2
Description: Do you have what it takes . . . .
Downtown YMCA Indoor Triathlon. You have 16 days to complete a 2.75 mile swim or 11 mile row, 115.5 mile bike and a 31.5 mile run/walk. Register by April 7th. $40 to register. All proceeds benefit the YMCA People Helping People campaign.

American Red Cross Blood Drive
Description: Will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 1-7PM in the Zox Room. Please contact Sue Darby for an appointment or call the American Red Cross at 1-800-REDCROSS. If you last donated on or before February 23, you may be eligible to donate.

Lifeguard Course
Description: Learn the skills needed to become a certified lifeguard! First aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED and Oxygen administration certifications are also included. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 8:30AM-5:30PM beginning on April 24th and ending on May 15th. Attendance is mandatory at all sessions in order to be certified. Registration cost is as follows: Metro Members, $175; Non-Members $215. Register by April 17th.
